US ORDERS:

Normal order processing & shipping can take between 5-10 business days (Monday – Friday only). Due to Covid-19, there may be a slight delay to your destination as the postal service is working as fast and safely as they can.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

Normal order processing can take between 8-12 business days (Monday – Friday only). Due to Covid-19, there may be a slight delay to your destination as the postal service is working as fast and safely as they can.

Shipping Delivery

The following shipping methods are available: Standard Ground and Expedited Shipping. Some items cannot be shipped using the expedited delivery due to size, weight, customizations, and delivery address. These items will only have Standard Ground available. Please note that orders could arrive in multiple packages.

If you have trouble with placing your order due to being in a U.S. Territories, APO/FPO, in Canada or other international addresses, please contact us by email for assistance.

Shipping Carriers are USPS (main) and FED EX.

 

Signature Confirmation

Some orders may require a signature at time of delivery. If signature is required, carrier will make three delivery attempts, excluding weekends and holidays. Carrier will not deliver unless they acquire a signature.

Most products are returnable, EXCLUDING face mask, intimates, damaged goods, and any custom works. The product must be in the same condition as when purchased and includes the product packaging.

The product’s packing material must be in same condition as when received.
